Cancelations or Change Orders

We accept cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Returns

At this time we only accept exchanges, and do not offer returns. 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order for all U.S. customers. Customer will be responsible for $10 processing fee, to cover shipping and processing costs. Items must be returned in original, unused condition and are subject to review. You must initiate return by emailing shop@evorly.com. Please provide your order number, reason for exchange, and your new item request. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your item. Your new item will be shipped upon approval of your exchange, and you will receive an email confirmation including your new tracking number.

All international orders and personalized pieces are final sale.
