Shipping policy
HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Final day for estimated delivery by Christmas is December 14th.
Please expect delays throughout the holiday season. There may be limited, delayed, or no updates to your package but it will still be moving through the system. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, we have no further control or information on the package other than what the shipping carrier provides.
**U.S. orders only**
Orders placed by December 14th will ship by December 17th, which is the USPS cutoff for Christmas shipment. Delivery times are still not guaranteed, and they may arrive later. Please expect delays. We recommend choosing expedited shipping if possible.
Orders placed between December 15th-December 19th will ship before Christmas, and although there is a chance they could still arrive, they will likely be delivered after the holiday. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping speed for fastest delivery.
Orders placed between December 20th-December 28th will start processing on December 29th, and will ship within our normal processing time.
Please expect shipping delays throughout the holiday season, shipping times are not guaranteed. All information regarding your package may be found on the shipping carrier’s website. We are unable to provide refunds for package delays.
CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 5-7 Business Days before shipment
All items are made to order. Processing time is subject to change based on order volume. We will do our best to update the current processing time as order volume changes.
Processing time does not include shipping.
We try our best to ship priority orders quickly, but the fee is only for the expedited shipping cost, and does not include processing time for your order to be made.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us directly to see if it can be shipped on time. We try our best to accommodate wedding dates and other special occasions!
Standard shipping takes on average 3-5 days, priority mail takes on average 1-3 days. Shipping on international orders can take 2-4 weeks. USPS is currently experiencing delays, U.S. packages may take up to 10 days for delivery, and international packages may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.
International orders: Packages may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, but I am able to file a claim 45 days after shipment (not order date) and can resend the package if it still has not arrived.
Once USPS is in possession of your order, we no longer have control of the package, and all tracking information, updates, and changes must be communicated and processed through USPS. This means we are unable to change the address on your order, update delivery instructions, or communicate with the post office regarding your package. All available information regarding your package status can be found using the tracking number provided on the USPS website.
For international customers, you may try contacting your local delivery service for more information on your package. You are responsible for any taxes or fees at import.
Pricing:
United States: Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage and free for orders over $75. Upgraded shipping is available for an additional fee.
International: Varies by country, but we do subsidize shipping by taking $5 off the standard label fee we pay, and we cover the other costs of shipping and handling. Pricing should range from around $9 USD to $15 USD after the discount. You will be responsible for any import fees or duties.
Lost packages: If you believe your package may have been lost during transit, please keep in mind delayed processing times, and contact your local post office. If it is determined the package cannot be located, please contact me.
Return to Sender: Any items returned to sender due to errors when inputting shipping address, failure to pay customs fees, or other errors will require a reshipment fee. Please contact me with your corrected information, I will send an invoice for payment, and I will reship your item once received. U.S packages will be subject to a $5 shipping fee, and international shipping will vary by country.
